This article compares the advantages and disadvantages of various clean energy power generation methods applied in cement plants. It introduces the layout of photovoltaic panels, the application of monocrystalline silicon solar cell modules, and the grid connection method of photovoltaic power generation systems with a capacity of 9.2MW. The average annual power generation within a 25 year lifespan is calculated to be 9 504MW·h; The power generation method of the waste heat power station uses the waste heat from the middle section of the clinker cooling machine, with an installed capacity of 7.5MW; The wind power generation method utilizes the natural conditions of high in the north and low in the south in the area, and arranges two units with a capacity of 9.1MW in the factory area. A centralized wind farm with a capacity of 40.95MW is planned in the surrounding area. In addition, the conventional application of waste incineration power generation method was introduced, and the idea that cement enterprises need to plan and layout the hydrogen energy industry in advance was proposed, providing ideas for achieving "zero electricity purchase" in cement factories.
