Abstract: The raw material grinding system adopted the middle discharge grinding system in a 4 500t/d Cement Clinker Production Line. With the continuous improvement of clinker production capacity, the problems of low output, high power consumption, high failure rate of main equipment and high maintenance cost of equipment were gradually highlighted. Therefore, it is proposed to replace the middle unloading grinding system with the roller press (TRP220-160) final grinding system, and supporting the use of efficient combined separator and 2×2 240kW permanent magnet motor system transformation scheme. The process design features of the final grinding system of the roller press are introduced from the aspects of the process layout design of the main equipment, the equipment layout design of the lubricating oil station and the hydraulic station, the design of the control system and the maintenance design of the roller press in the later period. After practical application, the production of the raw material grinding system is increased by 101~121t/h, and the power consumption is reduced by 8.2~9.2kW·h/t.
