摘要 介绍了建筑垃圾的来源和组成以及推进建筑垃圾资源化处置的政策法规,从建筑垃圾处置及资源化利用现状、技术现状、行业现状分析了我国建筑垃圾资源化处置的现状。建议完善建筑垃圾资源化处置的政策法规,发挥龙头企业的带动作用,实现规模化生产,构建大数据管理系统,推动建筑垃圾资源化处置行业健康快速发展。

Abstract: This paper introduces the source and composition of construction waste,as well as the policies and regulations to promote construction waste disposal industry. It also analyzes the current resource utilization ratio, relevant technology and industry scenario in China. It is suggested to improve the policies and regulations on the recycling disposal of construction waste, and give leading enterprises full play in the industrial scale production, big data management, and healthy and rapid development of the industry.
