摘要 分析了矿渣辊磨磨内脱硫反应环境及作用机理,通过对某钢铁集团矿渣微粉生产线烟气量、烟气成分检测以及相关物料成分分析,验证了矿渣辊磨系统的脱硫作用,通过矿渣辊磨,系统中烟气的硫含量由1 183mg/m3 (标)降至35mg/m3 (标)。

Abstract: The desulfurization environment and mechanism of slag roller mill were analyzed. The desulfurization effect of slag roller mill system was verified through the detection of flue gas volume, flue gas composition and related material composition of slag powder production line in an iron and steel group. The sulfur content of flue gas in slag roller mill system was reduced from 1 183 mg / Nm3 to 35 mg / Nm3 .
