摘要 回转窑中心线理论上为一条直线,但在实际生产中,受复杂工况、高温形变、高负荷运转影响,窑中心线易发生垂直偏移。基于“小角度激光三点定心测窑法”研发的T型检测装置,虽可用于测量计算窑中心线的垂直偏差,但该装置T型卡尺高端与轮带低端间存在间隙,测量精度不高。基于T型检测装置设计了一种新型测量装置,介绍了该装置的工艺特点及测量操作步骤,应用位移压力传感器收集测量数据并以数字信号方式输出,通过计算机记录数据,运用微分和最小二乘法拟合测量值并进行计算,可得到较为精确的回转窑中心线垂直偏差结果。
