The composition and working principle of the TSLM Sidebo raw material roller mill seal feeder system are briefly described. The feeder requires only installation space of 3.5m×2.9m, which is the same as the existing flap valve interface and can be directly replaced. The installation workload is small, the cycle is short, and the transformation has little impact on the existing production. After the transformation, good lock air can effectively reduce the sticking of the viscous material, and it greatly reduced the labor intensity of manual cleaning, significantly reduced the number of process failures, improved the reliability of the raw material system, and reduced the power consumption of the raw material system.

Recording data for equipment instruments is achieved by the Siemens S7-1200 PLC data logging function. At present, the commonly used methods of data recording include single chip microcomputer recording, upper computer recording, and touch panel recording, but in terms of reliability, usability, and cost, it cannot meet the operating requirements of small control system. Therefore, a new method with a large advantage in the above aspects is needed to solve the problem of data recording for small control system.

Based on the analysis of clinker petrography and the diagnosis of thermal calibration, the main reason of core material in clinker is the lack of air flow in the pyro-system and the dense reduction atmosphere caused by incomplete combustion of pulverized coal in the kiln. The technical failure rate of rotary kiln has been greatly reduced by changing the punching plate flowmeter into a rotor scale, replacing the ordinary tilting plate valve with a fretting tilting plate valve, adding an air guide wall at the entrance of the tertiary air duct to the calciner, and replacing a new coal injection pipe, the quality and performance of clinker are improved significantly, and the energy consumption is decreased obviously.

The general idea of intelligent construction of cement production and five aspects of intelligent cement plant construction are described. The intelligence from supplier to customer, from production to business (control), from design to service (engineering operation and maintenance) is constructed. The cement production framework builds intelligent digital factories around seven dimensions: production management, process management, energy management, quality management, safety management, equipment management, and supply chain management. After the implementation of the cement intelligent manufacturing production control MES system, it can realize the visual control of the whole process of cement production management, optimize the personnel structure, reduce the labor intensity, reduce the labor cost, and reduce the subjective participation in the production, testing, inspection and other production links. The production process effectively guarantees production stability and product quality, improves production system operation efficiency, eliminates safety hazards, reduces pollution waste discharge and operating costs, and provides strong support for efficient operation of production.

From the aspects of equipment reliability, batch adjustment, material homogenization, auxiliary primary combustion materials, etc., the problem of high free-CaO in clinker was analyzed. By taking measures such as strengthening the communication between laboratory batching personnel and production operators, improving equipment operation rate, flexibly adjusting sampling time, ensuring auxiliary raw fuel supply, increasing clinker analysis times, stabilizing limestone silo level, etc., the fluctuation range of clinker free-CaO can be stably controlled between 0.5% and 1.3%.

Overall design, building formwork and cast-in-situ construction on site are adopted usually for traditional concrete silo decompression cone at home and abroad. In order to research saving the cost of formwork and other, two construction ways are adopted for decompression cone of the two raw meal silos of this project: cast-in-situ construction on site; precast concrete on site and lifting and installation. For precast construction, through summarizing the construction experience of previous decompression cone, breaking through the technical difficulties of decompression cone construction, we make construction plan from the follow sides: reasonable arrangement of the site, rebar tying, casting, maintenance, selection of machinery, hosting, etc. In combination with the characteristics of precast element, hosting and casting, the technical breakthrough and innovation process of the construction process are completed. At last, through two construction ways, we get the conclusion.

The stability and dispersion of aerogels in concrete is the key to the successful preparation and application of aerogels / concrete insulation materials. In this paper, the stable aerogel / concrete material was prepared by adjusting and controlling the chemical state of aerogel surface under the action of hydrophilic concrete system and mechanical agitation. The interaction between aerogel and concrete matrix and other important factors on the stability of aerogel structure were studied. The samples were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis, nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherm, scanning electron microscopy and thermal conductivity analyzer. The results showed that the surfactant was successfully adhered to the aerogel surface by adjusting and controlling the kinetic parameters. Aerogel particles were stable in concrete and retain their original shape. With the increase of aerogel content, the thermal conductivity of concrete decreased.

The Portland cement and high calcium fly ash samples(shortened form P.C. and HCFA)which have different particle size distributions were mixed in a proportion of 50 : 50. The mortar strength of HCFA cement in 3 and 28 days were tested. The particle size distributions of samples were tested by LS-230 and Rosin-Rammler. Origin software is used to make tri-dimension picture, in which macro property was enacted as z axes, the difference between character diameter De of P.C. and HCFA enacted as x axes, De of HCFA - P.C. mixing sample enacted as y axes. The relationship between the development trend of macro property and the difference between De of P.C.and HCFA and De of mixing sample are given. The best particle size distribution matching P.C. and HCFA was given.

Three kinds of roll sleeves and liners of different materials used successively in ZGM113G-I medium speed coal mill are introduced. The chemical composition and casting process characteristics of roll sleeve and liner were analyzed. The effects of wear rate, service life and wear shape of roll sleeve and liner on the performance of coal mill were compared. The results show that the performance of high chromium surfacing products is slightly better than that of high chromium casting products. Composite melt-casting cermet products are much better than the first two products. Their service life can reach 16 070h. At the same time, the maintenance cycle is prolonged greatly, the output of coal mill is increased, the unit power consumption is reduced and the performance price ratio is high.
