摘要 

斗式提升机作为水泥生产流程中关键的输送设备,其尾轮装置的可靠性直接影响系统运行效率。传统尾轮轴承因粉尘侵入、润滑失效等问题,易引发设备故障,导致停机频繁、维护成本高昂。本文针对国产斗式提升机尾轮轴承存在的技术瓶颈,提出“自润滑耐磨轴套+全密封内置配重”的改造方案,系统解决了粉尘泄漏、轴承磨损及环境污染问题。通过材料选型、结构设计及工程实践验证,改造后,设备运行故障率及维护成本大幅降低,运行环境明显改善,为水泥行业斗式提升机的改造升级提供了可参考的方案。

Abstract: 

As a key conveying equipment in cement production processes, the reliability of the tail wheel assembly of a bucket elevator directly impacts system operational efficiency and environmental performance indicators. Conventional rolling bearings used in tail wheels are highly susceptible to failure due to dust ingress and lubrication deterioration, resulting in frequent unplanned shutdowns and elevated maintenance costs. This paper addresses the technical limitations of domestic bucket elevator tail wheel bearings, proposes a retrofit solution that incorporates a self-lubricating wear-resistant bushings and a fully sealed built-in counter weight, and systematically solves problems such as dust leakage, bearing wear, and environmental pollution by integrating an optimized built-in counterweight sealing structure. The solution has been validated through material selection, structural design, and engineering practice.Results show a significant reduction in equipment failure rates and maintenance expenses, along with marked improvement in the operating environment. This approach offers a practical and replicable solution for the modernization and reliability enhancement of bucket elevators in the cement industry.
